Position Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Architect who shares our vision of bringing the power of technology to our clients. You'll help drive marketing innovation by coming up with new and creative ideas to address future challenges. In addition, you'll collaborate with other architects on our clients’ teams to look for opportunities to improve their technology and data architecture. The primary focus of your role will be to act as a technical leader to direct the future marketing technology on behalf of our clients.

Position Qualifications

  • 5+years of experience working within a marketing environment, MarTech stack
  • In-Depth understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape, Web technologies and experience with technologies like Web Analytics, CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, Search, MMP, Ad Servers, DMPs, DSPs, Audience Creation/Targeting
  • Experience in designing the flow and integration of marketing systems with platforms partners (i.e. Salesforce, Adobe, Google, Tealium) and other enterprise systems
  • Strong technical background with experience in developing solutions to enable marketing
  • Experience driving technical workshops with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the latest B2B and B2C marketing technology platforms
  • Understand “Go to Market” strategy and supporting processes to drive the right architecture
  • Real-world experience building high-performance, large-scale solutions in a high growth environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • An ability to internalize requirements from a variety of sources and drive agreement and compromise between teams

Position Responsibilities

  • Setting the technical direction for marketing technology systems and working on difficult business challenges in coordination with client-side enterprise architects
  • Defining data flows and integrations between marketing technology systems and other enterprise platforms
  • Ensuring solutions are compliant and meeting the privacy and security expectations of our customers and shareholders (GDPR, CCPA etc.)
  • Leading/guiding vendor and technology selections by informing and vetting them against functional and non-functional requirements
  • Work with marketing, engineering, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment of vision and deliverables
  • Solve challenging cross-functional problems involving multiple platforms
  • Stay abreast of both industry and internal trends and assist teams in staying current
