This position contributes to business growth through the creation and maintenance of client relationships. They are responsible for gathering and synthesizing client inputs, identifying key areas of opportunity, organizing and aligning the organization around a clearly defined vision and ultimately, delivering results. The Account Manager must understand category dynamics, client-specific challenges, and emerging capabilities within the marketplace. They manage all client communications- weekly status, ongoing email discussions, and deliverable presentations as well as cross-functional resources required to deliver the project in-full.
